For the past thirty plus years, Carlo Bacci has been a small business owner, and has tirelessly worked as an advocate for small businesses throughout the state and country. The son of Italian immigrants, he's the first in his family to graduate high school and college.
He’s called Reading home since 2009, with his wife Erin Calvo-Bacci and their three daughters Abigail, Sarah and Sofia.
In 2006, Bacci first came to Reading when he and his wife moved their retail business The Chocolate Truffle from its original location in Woburn to its current location at 494 Main Street.
In 2007 they launched a chocolate manufacturing division which sells their CB Stuffer brand into specialty stores locally and nationally.
As a volunteer, former town business owner, business mentor and commercial business broker, he has a unique hands-on skill set that the board desperately needs. He understands the need to plan for tomorrow and the future of Reading. He is best equipped to work with his fellow board members to accomplish that task.
Carlo states, "There is a lot going on in our little town and we need a diverse board that knows what families and businesses go through on a daily basis. I want to re-earn your vote on April 4th, 2023. Please get out the vote, and reach out to my campaign if you need a ride on Election Day because local elections are very important,”
